Location - Kankali Community Forest
The Kankali Community Forest lies in the foothills of Mahabharata Range at the northern side from Sauraha.It is about 15 kilometers from Sauraha and takes around one and half hours to reach this community forest by bicycle.
The means of transportation like bicycle, motorbike and jeeps are easily available for hire at Sauraha.In jeep, it takes approximately 30 minutes from Sauraha.
The roads are quite comfortable, as you will be just crossing through the village and the road lead to the east west highways that pass through a gravel road while reaching the spot.
